2. Vijitha hired a professional photographer to take 360 degree photos of the selling place. High quality photos definitely makes a substantial positive difference when it comes to selling in a very competitive market.

3. Vijitha can read the situation quite well and posses strong negotiation skills. Usually, Vijitha gives advice, but does not push you for a decision. However, from experience Vijitha knows When it will be too late for a decision. Therefore, with Vijitha's guidance we sold within a week, and in both occasions once in 2009 and then in 2014, succeeded in buying without much hassle. Specially the last time, we raised our offer to buy the very next day after our original offer, as a result of having a better idea of the competition gained from discussions Vijitha had with the selling realtor. The seller accepted our revised offer. Then within a week, the seller had quite a lot of offers, however, because we acted at the right time, we bought the place. I know a friend who made more than 15 offers before he was able to buy, a place, because of his indecisiveness and bad advice from the realtor. Good, informed, and timely decision making is the key to buy or sell at your advantage, in which the realtor plays a very important role. We would definitely recommend Vijitha to sell your place and to buy.

Mr. Bulathsinghala assisted me in buying my first condominium unit and also listed and helped rent it out within a month after purchase.
